Thank you for shopping with SB MART. We always aim to provide high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience to all our customers.
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help you with easy returns and replacements as per the policy below.
1️⃣ Eligibility for Return or Replacement
You can request a return or replacement if:
The product you received is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered.
The product is unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
The request is made within 7 days of delivery.
⚠️ Please note: Certain products such as cosmetics, personal care, earrings, or customized items are non-returnable due to hygiene and safety reasons.
2️⃣ How to Request a Return or Replacement

Provide your order ID, product details, and a clear image of the item showing the issue.
Once approved, our support team will share pickup details or instructions to send the product back.
3️⃣ Product Condition for Return
To be eligible for a return or replacement:
The product must be in the same condition as received.
Must include the original invoice, tags, and packaging box.
Items showing signs of use, wear, or damage caused by the customer will not be accepted.
4️⃣ Refund Process
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you about the refund status.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.
5️⃣ Replacement Process
Replacement will be initiated only after the returned product passes the quality check.
If the same product is out of stock, you may choose another item of equal value or request a refund.
6️⃣ Non-Returnable / Non-Replaceable Items
The following items cannot be returned or replaced:
Earrings, personal hygiene items, beauty tools, or cosmetics.
Gift items or products sold under “Final Sale” or “Clearance” category.
Products damaged due to mishandling or improper use.
7️⃣ Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.
Refund (if applicable) will be initiated within 3–5 working days after cancellation approval.
